Google Spreadsheet
Above is the link to a spreadsheet I have used to keep track of student IEP/504 needs to save me time when I need to accommodate/modify material. I really like this way of sharing information since many people can view and utilize this information. This would be great for co-teachers since they would both need to utilize this document. I could use this in my classroom with a co-teacher to ensure we both have the needed information to accommodate and modify assignments for our students in they best way possible. A con would be if this information is not updated properly, but this is a simple house-keeping issue which can be worked through.
Housekeeping becomes such a time-consuming part of our job. Hopefully the sharing features of google docs and spreadsheets can make this a little more efficient. Great idea of how to use a Google Spreadsheet with multiple staff.
