Mind Map/Graphic Organizers
I chose to work in spicy nodes to create a concept map for students who are going to be working on creating an essay outline.  I think this is a great tool for students who are learning how to write to use.  I think it would be really easy to have students set this up and write their outline in this software to prepare for writing.

Flash Cards

I chose to work in Study Blue to create flash cards for an English course. This is a really fun and easy to use software.  It was fairly intuitive since many of the words I chose would have a definition that would pop-up and I could just slide it into the definition portion of the flash card.  I really liked this and think I could use it with students who are going to need to learn terms!
