Above is the link to my popplet. I had never heard of popplet before so I decided to try it out. I really enjoyed using it. It is very self-explanatory for the most part. I specifically liked that when you hovered over an icon it would let you know what that icon did or could be used for. Several technologies I have used in the past have utilized this intuitive feature, so I felt very comfortable using popplet!

Hey Amanda the link does not work unless you have an account with popplet. You may want to go in and check your settings to see if there is a way to make it public so others can see it.
ReplyDeleteYou'll need to go to the "share" tab in your Popplet and then copy/paste the embed code into the HTML portion of your blog post. This is a little confusing the first time you do it but becomes really easy as you practice. I'm going to send a quick video tutorial on how to do this for campers to use.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed looking at the use of Popplet here. While I didn't do that one myself for my blog activity this week, looking at the content and layout of yours, I think this is something that could work with my students. I just need to be careful to choose a relevant, more concrete topic that DCD students can understand and this could be a great visual tool. Thanks Amanda!
